Both “faith” and “science” are ways of understanding and making meaning in the world. They offer portals to mystery, wonder and awe. But they’re often also pitted against one another, seen to be in competition with one another, or offered as a false choice; as if God can’t be active in more than one sphere of our lives or is somehow against our longing to understand God’s good creation and our place in it. Come to our next Community Dinner & Conversation, where we’ll get to talk together about the intersections of faith and science! We’ll be joined by Astrophysics Professor Emeritus Lawrence Rudnick, whose Jewish identity deeply informs his worldview, and he is passionate about being in interfaith dialogue around the intersections of faith and science.
